Instead of building something that can be knocked down and it'site built upon, why not get rid of the site altogether, so there's nothing to build on?

I'm serious. Dig say, a ten storey deep hole the diameter of the site,  put a dome, with shutters and solar panels on top and go EdenBiome crazy?... Would Eden be up for helping? Please can I live there?
